Riftway Games is a tabletop game company started in early 2017 by avid gamer and creative entrepreneur Derek Zyn. In November of 2018, Riftway Games launched its very first game “Beasts: Edge of Extinction” on Kickstarter. The success of this campaign paved the way for the game’s first expansion “Revenge of the Dodos” in 2019.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, 2020-2021 were spent designing new games, awaiting the reopening of global markets. In October of 2022, Riftway Games is excited to launch it’s 3rd Kickstarter for a 2-6 player light engine building card game titled “Unluckables”, where players compete to adopt adorable living voodoo dolls while attempting to avoid the perils of bad luck.
